List of changes:
- Fix an issue with Change Refresh Rate not showing up when Docked Display Sync was on (from 3.3.1 official).
- Add support for new type of NACP introduced with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild 1.9.0, now title is showing up properly (from 3.3.1 official).
- Titles for "Games list" are retrieved faster by 10-15% on 21.0.0+ (from 3.3.1 official).

If you ever had an issue with glitchy horizontal lines when using high refresh rate in docked mode at 1080p, new sys-dock release introduced "force_full_render_pass" patch which fixes the issue. Read README for link.
