Ebook reading

• New - Read ebooks right in the app. Tap Read on a book to open it.
• New - Read offline. Downloading a book now grabs its ebook too, and ebook-only books can be downloaded on their own.

Fixes

• Fix - Multi-file downloaded audiobooks no longer reset to the start or block seeking.
• Fix - The library fills the whole screen on tablets now instead of loading one row and waiting for a scroll.
• Fix - Short home shelves no longer snap past the first book when you scroll back to the start.

Tweaks

• Cleaner Finished and Downloaded badges on covers.
