Landscape mode

• New - The whole app works in landscape, with a two-pane layout for the absorbing screen, full player, and car mode.

Library

• New - Narrators tab next to Authors.
• New - Filter library by tag, with tappable tag chips on book detail.
• New - Search library tags and genres.
• New - Filter the Series tab by progress.

Queue & playlist

• New - Playlist queue mode plays through a playlist in order, with an "Up next" indicator on the Absorbing page.

Ebooks

• New - Send to E-Reader from the book detail menu for any book with an ebook file. Picks the device automatically when you have one configured, shows a picker when there's more than one.

ReadMeABook

• New - Connect your RMAB instance under Settings or Admin to request books from inside the app, with a "My Requests" tab to track status.

Audio

• New - Skip Silence toggle in the EQ sheet (Android only).
• New - Pick a specific chapter to sleep at on the sleep timer.
• New - Edit the quick-pick speed chips in the speed sheet.

Admin

• New - SMTP and ereader device management page on server settings page
• New - Admins (not just root) can now reach Settings -> Admin Controls, the manage button on podcast libraries, add to collection, edit author, and edit / reorder collections. Destructive actions still need the delete permission from root, but they now show a clear message if you don't have it.
• New - Multiple series per book and editable tags in the metadata editor.
• New - Edit an author or quick-match against Audible from the author sheet.
• New - Start an M4B encode from the edit server details sheet.

Language & appearance

• New - Choose the app language manually in Settings.
• New - Classic wording toggle: swap "Absorb / Absorbing / Fully Absorbed" for "Play / Now Playing / Finished".

fixes & improvements

• Fix - In-app updater actually downloads and installs the APK directly now, no more browser hang
• Fix - Notification, lock screen, and Bluetooth controls stay alive after a long pause.
• Fix - Offline listening progress no longer regresses after returning to your home network.
• Fix - No more ghost 10-hour-long listening sessions on the server.
• Offline bookmarks no longer wipe on app restart before they sync.
• iOS: last chapter of multi-file audiobooks no longer skips, and Bluetooth skip controls now work.
• Offline downloaded podcasts open with correct duration and seek bar.
• Android Auto / CarPlay: series sort by sequence number, cover updates show after browse, AA back nav keeps scroll position.
• "Hey Google, rewind a minute" no longer snaps back.
• Switching libraries no longer stops playback when Unified Absorbing page is enabled.
