Performance

• Enable streaming cache by default (256 MB) - previously off, causing every seek/rewind to re-download
• Increase audio buffer from 500ms/1MB to 2s/5MB - fewer, larger network requests instead of constant small ones
• Defer server session re-creation to background on resume - playback starts instantly instead of waiting for network round-trips

Bug Fixes

• Fix ~20 second delay when resuming playback from headphones/notification after long pause
• Tapping "Absorbing..." button in book detail sheet now navigates to the absorbing screen

UI

• Queue mode labels match across app: Series (books), Show (podcasts), Auto (merged libraries)
