All Bookmarks screen - see all your bookmarks grouped by book with cover art thumbnails, multi-select delete, and tap any bookmark to jump straight to it

Per-series/show auto-download (#51). Enable auto-download from any series or podcast detail sheet. When playing an opted-in series or podcast, the next N items are automatically downloaded. Tapping "Download All" on a series/show that isn't opted in prompts to enable it. Configurable count (2–5) and optional auto-delete of finished downloads in settings. Auto-downloads also catch up on app startup and when WiFi reconnects, so missed downloads (e.g. from being off WiFi) are picked up automatically.
Book detail sheet now shows started and finished dates when available from your listening history

Fix offline mode stopping playback for downloaded content, toggling offline now keeps playing if the current item is downloaded
