• Fix - Streaming no longer gets stuck buffering at the start when the server keeps dropping connections, and pressing Play again while it loads no longer breaks it
• Fix - Play starts from the newer spot another device saved
• Fix - Progress that fails to reach the server is kept and sent later instead of dropped
• Fix - On Android, Bluetooth headsets and Android Auto no longer pause the book every couple of minutes (#369)
