Features

• add a transport option and createSocketsTransport() for celld (f4411aa)
• add createStreamsTransport() for socket APIs built on web streams (fec7999)

Type change

• ImapSocket, the type of client.unbind().socket, is now an alias of ImapTransportSocket (a Duplex with setTimeout(), the other net.Socket members optional) instead of net.Socket. The runtime value is unchanged on Node.js, where it is still a net.Socket or tls.TLSSocket. TypeScript code that uses net.Socket only members on it needs a cast, for example client.unbind().socket as net.Socket.
