Skate 3 Recomp Windows Setup Preview

This release fixes the setup GUI launch failure in v0.1.0-alpha.

What changed

• Fixed the setup GUI so Setup Skate 3 Recomp.cmd opens correctly under
  PowerShell strict mode.
• Added a regression check for the setup GUI event hook style.
• Kept the same current skate3.exe and runtime DLL build as v0.1.0-alpha.

How to use

1. Download Skate3Recomp-Windows-v0.1.1-alpha.zip.
2. Extract it somewhere easy to find.
3. Put your legally obtained Skate 3 dump in Skate 3 Files.
4. Run Setup Skate 3 Recomp.cmd.
5. Press Set Up Game.

Not included

This release does not include Skate 3 game files, decrypted executables, saves,
caches, or copyrighted game data.

Current status

• PC settings are shown before the game starts.
• FPS counter is available and easier to read.
• Gameplay bring-up is still early. Physics/collision issues are still under
  investigation.
