Hey everyone, I’ve been working on this for the past few days, and I’m excited to finally share GAMA for Android.
In the past, switching to Vulkan on your device meant opening Termux and manually running commands. GAMA changes that. Now you can switch GPU APIs directly on your device through a simple, clean interface—no terminals, no extra setup.
To make this work, I integrated Shizuku’s API. I translated the commands from the original Windows batch version of GAMA into something Shizuku can run on Android. Once that was done, it was just a matter of building an interface to control it easily.
At its core, GAMA for Android is still the same tool as the Windows version, but fully adapted for mobile. All without needing root!
Also, you should know that GAMA for Android isn't complete - you may encounter bugs. If you find bugs, if the UI doesn't scale well to your device, or if you have an issue in general, please, let me know!
