Improvements in cryptography slots

This release adds the possibility of hashing files directly, without having to load the files into memory, by applying a [filename] argument to your hash invocations. In addition, it adds convenience slots for hashing, such as e.g. [crypto.hash.sha256] etc. In addition, I've simplified the dependency graph, completely removing the magic.crypto project, by moving its code into magic.lambda.crypto, making things easier to understand, and the project having less dependencies.
