This release is a little bit all over the place, with improved UX in Hyper IDE, Eval, and other components - In addition to better access control for individual components, allowing a root user to for instance grant access to some things, such as Hyper IDE, but not reading configuration files, etc. The idea is to extend upon these ideas until Hyper IDE can turn into a truly collaborative cloud based IDE, with features such as "virtual pair programming" etc.
