Magic (Main)

Improvements in how it handles crypto invocations, and vocabulary associated
with a public key. Among other things, evicts from cache when public key is
saved now.

Changed the way the dynamica [magic.crypto.get-server-public-key] works.
It'll now return both the fingerprint and the public key itself back to caller.

Fixed several minor errors in regards to resolving of public keys, and generating
server keys. For instance no longer giving the user the option of generating a
key with a strength of 1024, since it's simply not large enough to encrypt the
symmetric AES key used to encrypt and sign packages, etc.

Better positioning of CodeMirror hints popup.

magic.http

Minor cleanups and optimisations in the way it handles the response from
HTTP invocations. Still needs further cleanups.

Minor improvements in how it handles the response object it returns.
