Much better frontend generator ++

The primary feature of this release is that we've significantly improved the frontend generator, adding among other things a basic user management component, and also improved how the frontend generator handles types. In addition we've also improved upon the SQL database designer, removed types that we can't support, and improved typing support for types we do support - In addition to removing date and time sliding due to database differences that unfortunately happened due to differences in how database types handles date and time objects.
