Support for "militarised zone" in dashboard

This release resolves the material icons in the frontend dashboard locally, allowing you to use the dashboard from your "militarised zone" (implying machines without access to the internet) since it's no longer relying upon Google's CDN to load these icons. The Roboto font will still be attempted loaded from Google's CDN, but when it fails, the dashboard will resort to the local OS fonts, which also works great. In addition we've fixed a minor UI issue related to "registration emails" sent by the system if somebody is registering using your Magic dashboard to register.
