Stabilising PostgreSQL data adapters

This release fixes several minor bugs related to Magic's PostgreSQL data adapters, in addition to fixing a reference bug in the frontend generator, that includes the wrong version of a Node package. The release also contains several other minor bug fixes, but these are the main features of this release. Also, starting from this release, Magic is now using MimeKit and MailKit version 3.0.0. Which might be a big deal for those using the email adapters in Magic.
