More translations, handle core config update better & misc

BREAKING CHANGE

Elevation binary sensor configuration has changed to be similar to other entity configurations. Also, all "non-simple" entities require a unique_id.

Other changes:

• Add more translations, including attribute names & states.
• Handle sun2 being in a config package.
• Limit which attributes are recorded.
• Handle core config updates better.
