For Minecraft: PE v0.9.5 alpha
This is the seventh beta for 1.4, getting near the stable release.
The API version has been bumped to 1.4.0 (backwards-compatible) due to new features being added and bugs in the API being patched.

- No conversion for old levels (will be added later)
- No Minecarts
- Not all items are implemented
- Generated worlds use a basic generator
