For Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.19.70
This version significantly improves server performance with many players and/or entities by making changes to the internal network system.
It also introduces support for the newer ItemStackRequest protocol, which fixes many bugs and improves server security.

Plugin compatibility notice
Plugins made for previous 4.x versions should work on this version, but plugins using APIs in the pocketmine\network\mcpe namespace may break or behave differently on this version due to internal changes.
Please note that the internal network system's APIs are not supposed to be used by plugins, and are therefore not covered by the API compatibility guarantee.
