For Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.17.40
This is the (nominal) tenth beta for PM4, a major upgrade to PocketMine-MP.
4.0.0-BETA9 was tagged but not released due to a problem in the build configuration which broke the build.
This build features a significant number of bug fixes, but also includes a new version of pocketmine/bedrock-protocol which has significant changes.
