For Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.4.0
This release is a bugfix update and does not contain any breaking changes versus the previous 3.0.x version (3.0.7).
Note
Plugins compatible with any previous 3.0.x version will also run on this build and do not need API bumps. Plugin developers should only update their required API to this version if you need the bug fixes in this build.
Fixes
- Fixed player on-ground state not updating when moving horizontally. This allowed fly hacks with the built in anti-cheat, and also affected some third party anti-cheat plugins due to the effect on
inAirTicks. - Fixed knockback. PC 1.9-style knockback was mistakenly introduced in 3.0.3. This has now been reverted back to the old 1.8-style behaviour.
