For Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.4.0
This release is a bugfix update and does not contain any breaking changes versus the previous 3.0.x version (3.0.11).
This release is the final actively supported 3.0 version. Future releases of 3.0.x will be made on an as-needed basis and will receive critical fixes only.
Note
Plugins compatible with any previous 3.0.x version will also run on this build and do not need API bumps. Plugin developers should only update their required API to this version if you need the bug fixes in this build.

Configkeys which are considered bools by YAML 1.1 will no longer be transformed into 1 or 0.- Fixed painting motives not getting saved.
- Fixed cacti spewing items when placed in some invalid locations.
- Fixed entity fire damage not applying in the void.
- Fixed entities not getting updated appropriately in some conditions.
