Upcoming breaking changes
Starting this release, Docker image is now being published to https://github.com/plumber-cd/kubernetes-dynamic-reclaimable-pvc-controllers/pkgs/container/kubernetes-dynamic-reclaimable-pvc-controllers as ghcr.io/plumber-cd/kubernetes-dynamic-reclaimable-pvc-controllers. At some point we will stop publishing to Docker Hub. For the time being, images are being published to both locations for backward compatibility. Note that 0.0.3 versions of Helm charts are now updated to use new ghcr.io location.

- Fixed re-queuing code, previously duplicate items in the queue on updates
- We was not using graceful rate-limit aware code in some places
- Fix leader elect code, previously it would not release the lease after a graceful stop
- Improve basic example with more validation steps
- Start publishing to GitHub Docker Registry
