Opening files now respects the macOS window tabbing preference instead of always gathering documents into tabs.
Fixed
- Opening files respects the system tab preference. Files opened from Finder, File > Open, or recent documents now follow the macOS "Prefer tabs when opening documents" setting instead of always becoming a tab in the frontmost window. Open in New Tab, ⌘T, and the tab bar's "+" button still open tabs explicitly, and windows opened via Open in New Window no longer capture subsequently opened files (#167).
