We are officially kicking off the first beta test release for Huntarr 9.3.
This is a major step forward: Huntarr has been redesigned around a better user experience, stronger reliability, and a much more powerful internal ecosystem.
What This Beta Is About
Big Picture
- Complete redesign of Huntarr
- Completely new UI setup
- Overhauled mobile experience
- Better overall performance and smoother visual behavior
New Internal Product Stack (Big Sell)
Huntarr now moves further into its own integrated platform while still supporting external tools.
- NZB Hunt (Beta) - built-in USENET downloader directly inside Huntarr
- This beta is focused on testing NZB Hunt as the primary path
- SABnzbd currently kind of works
- NZBGet has not really been tested yet
- Currently integrated with Movie Hunt
- TV Hunt integration is planned next
- Indexer Hunt - Huntarr’s internal indexer management (our own Prowlarr-style layer)
- Movie Hunt - Huntarr’s internal movie request/hunt flow (our own Radarr-style experience)
In short: you can now run far more of your stack inside Huntarr, while still keeping external integrations available.

What We Need Help Testing
Please test like a real daily user and share feedback:
- UI consistency testing
- Navigation testing
- Variables testing
- Log observation testing
- Mac install testing
- Windows install testing
- Beta product testing (NZB Hunt / Indexer Hunt / Movie Hunt)
- Ideas to improve UX for the 90% user (new users / noobs), not just power users
Priority for this beta
- Focus testing on the internal stack, especially NZB Hunt
- Treat SABnzbd/NZBGet as non-priority paths in this round
Notes for Testers
This beta reflects a lot of focused work over the last few days and is meant to validate the new direction before broader rollout.
If something feels confusing, inconsistent, or too advanced - tell us. That feedback is exactly what this beta is for.
