Apps now have their own API control settings, no more universal setting. By default, each app will be at 20... so make sure you update each app for the numbers you would like. Note a new scheduler section is added; it doesn't execute yet but play with it and provide some feedback. You'll be able to add resume, pause and API speed limits on your schedule (per app)!
