Roll to Playwright v1.60.0

This release rolls the driver from Playwright v1.57.0 → v1.60.0 and brings the Go client in line with the upstream TypeScript client. Browser versions: Chromium 148.0.7778.96, Firefox 150.0.2, WebKit 26.4.
