Release notes:

• Added a decoder option rewrite_duration for deriving more reliable frame durations when input files contain inconsistent or implausible frame duration metadata. Use it via e.g. --left-decoder :rewrite_duration=1
• Added configurable UI scaling via -U/--ui-scale to make UI text more consistently readable on HiDPI/fractional scaling setups, especially on Wayland (#147)
• Updated the Windows release workflow, including the Windows runner version

The build for Windows 10 64-bit includes FFmpeg v8.1.2, SDL2 v2.32.10 and SDL2_ttf v2.24.0 DLLs.
