• Bump pixl-request to v2.6.1 for new connectTimeout, and retryDelayMax features.
• Bump pixl-xyapp to v2.1.23 for new getKeyLabel and getShortKetLabel functions.
• Add new internal api_finish_job API, used by xySat (replaces finishing jobs over the websocket, which isn't guaranteed).
• WebSocket API: Broadcast server features to satellites.
• Keyboard Trigger UI: Use new getShortKeyLabel in pixl-xyapp. Also fix capitalization in getKeyLabel.
• Event UI: Fix highlight color of "Run Now..." which should be green to match the ellipsis (dialog action).
