• Dashboard: Set click behaviors on some dash units (cards), for e.g. conductors, servers, alerts, jobs today, jobs failed today. Fixes #113.
• New Features: Add optional rate limiting to API Keys, as well as display a "Last Used" date, as well as display the API "Key ID" on the edit screen (not used for auth).
• Feature: Job File Search: Also search job description, input / output data, user content (text, markdown, html), and display all results separately.
• Search Jobs UI: Change name of result "Failure" menu item to "Error", to be more consistent with rest of app.
• Feature: Allow configuration to set default event category, plugin, and targets. Fixes #110
