Changes
- Use verified HTTPS for DeAfvalApp and Montferland, with no redirects or HTTP fallback.
- Migrate Montferland to the municipality's app API, preserving existing settings and custom mappings.
Montferland: Returns roughly four weeks of upcoming pickups for restafval, GFT, paper and PMD, rather than a full-year calendar. Uses the app's shared token.
Tested: All 123 tests passed; live Montferland checks succeeded for six example addresses.
