What's Changed
- Restore collector-provided fraction icons, including Cyclus API icons for fractions such as restafval, when using the default/Home Assistant icon setting.
- Keep built-in classic and modern icon selections taking precedence when explicitly configured.
- Add regression tests for collector icon data handling.
