New modern waste bag icon

• Add a dedicated outline icon for restafvalzakken in the modern and modern-bold icon sets.
• Switch between white outlines in dark themes and dark outlines in light themes, using the same theme detection as the KCA and restafval icons.

Bug fix

• Fix legacy entry migration to use the same unique-ID formatting as the sensors. This fixes the Cleanprofs migration path, where missing collector prefixes could prevent entities from being recognized by the subsequent migration.

Maintenance and regression coverage

• Replace wildcard constant imports with explicit imports.
• Add regression tests for date formatting, entry migration, sensor entities and icon mappings.
• Add an editable waste bag SVG source shared by the backend and themed icon generator.
