🗑️ Frisse Kliko Improvements

• Per-bin cleaning dates (#742): Fetch individual cleaning schedules per bin (e.g. grijs, groen/gft) from the customer planning endpoint instead of applying a single date across all bins.
• Removed generic cleaning sensor: Exclude the fractionless Reiniging collection when fraction-specific cleaning dates are available.

🏷️ Entity Naming & Home Assistant Standards

• Adopted has_entity_name: Added _attr_has_entity_name = True to BaseSensor to follow modern Home Assistant device and entity naming guidelines.
• Fixed duplicate collector in Entity ID: Resolved an issue where the collector name was duplicated in the entity ID (e.g. sensor.afvalbeheer_frissekliko_frissekliko_reiniging_gft -> sensor.afvalbeheer_frissekliko_reiniging_gft).
• Cleaner UI display: Sensors in device cards now display cleanly as the fraction name (e.g. Reiniging Gft) rather than repeating the collector name.
• Capitalized sensor names: Capitalized WasteDateSensor (e.g. Vandaag, Morgen / Today, Tomorrow) and WasteUpcomingSensor (e.g. Eerstvolgende / First upcoming).
• Unique ID safeguard: Ensured unique IDs do not duplicate collector names when an instance name matches the waste collector name.
