1. create ~/pinokio/cache/TEMP, /pinokio/cache/TMPand/pinokio/cache/TMPDIRby default. This is needed for many package managers that automatically looks foros.tempdir()` to use as an intermediate storage while building binaries. If the folder does not exist, they fail. So the folders must exist at all times.
2. Use nvidia/cuda instead of cudatoolkit (condaforge) => includes nvcc
