Again on the exclude.list.

I received this issue 325 so I decided to update again the exclude.list, creating a separate exclude.list.usr with he actual exclusions for usr.

If you want to continua to filter /usr, just add --filters usr to command eggs produce. The default will not filter on /usr more.

With the occasion I removed the conflict with resolvconf as requested on issue 324
