• (SQL) Reduced the number of SQL queries for "Bulk Change Certificate" and "Bulk Change Endpoint URL" pages
• The verification of Peppol Participant Identifier Values became more strict to be 100% aligned with the Peppol Policy for use of Identifiers 4.4.0
• Heavily improved the performance of the Service Group import by parallelizing it
• Service Group Import does less Peppol Directory interactions (no duplicates)
• Made the CRL download more resilient (via ph-commons 12.1.2 update)
• The default revocation check was changed from "only CRL" to "CRL before OCSP" (via ph-commons 12.1.2 update)
• Made sure that the configuration property sml.smp.hostname starts with http:// or https://. See #432 - thx @AnthonyL1996
