Fixes: the Windows app connects again, one game goes to two consoles, and bug reports work on
desktop.
Fixed
- Windows: "engine failed to start" and no connection (#427). An older engine still running
in the background, or an antivirus scan, kept the app from writing its new engine, so it never
connected. The app now starts its engine anyway, and the error says why if it still fails. An
engine that crashes while starting is reported straight away instead of after 30 seconds, and
a leftover engine from an older version is shut down more reliably. - The same game to two consoles. A game being sent or installed on one PS5 showed as busy on
every PS5, so it could not go to a second one; the engine also refused to stream a package that
another console was still installing, and Convert refused the same game for a second console.
Each console is now separate. - Bug reports on desktop. Creating a report failed every time with "Duplicate filename:
README.txt". Two screenshots with the same name no longer fail it either. Switching consoles
keeps each console's draft, and a failed Download zip now says so. - Leftover files. A browser upload that stops halfway no longer leaves the partial package on
this computer for a week, and a link download that fails can be retried.
