The helper no longer crashes on the Hardware screen, and a crash no longer locks it out until
you restart the PS5.
Fixed
- Helper crash on FW 13.60 (#417). Opening Hardware could crash the helper ("signal 11 while
serving frame 88"). The console health readout now reads its values safely, and a reading the
firmware doesn't support shows as unavailable instead of taking the helper down. - After a crash the helper can be sent again right away. A crashed helper used to keep its
port, so the next one failed with "ports still held" until the PS5 was restarted. It now exits
cleanly and frees the port.
New
- Files: New folder in the right-click menu. Right-click a file or folder, or the empty space
in the list, to create a folder there. The empty-space menu also has Paste here and Refresh. - Payloads: "Send file" is now "Send payload".
