Fixes the console never reporting which game is running.

Play time, cheats and the process list can see your games again. The
helper asked the console "which game is this?" using a slightly wrong
memory layout, and got an empty answer back every single time. Three
features quietly depended on that answer:- Game Activity recorded nothing, because it never saw a game start.
- Cheats could not tell which game was running.
- Processes showed no game IDs.
All three share one cause and one fix.
