Fewer disconnects.
- Fixed: the connection dropping and not coming back. When the PS5 cut off
the helper's network, the helper stayed half-running and the app could not
reach it. It now shuts down cleanly so a fresh one can start. - Fixed: the helper being started twice. The app could send it two at once,
and the two knocked each other out. It now sends one at a time. - Fixed: the app restarting a helper that was still running.
- "Check" on the Connection screen no longer reports an error when the
helper is already connected (some loaders, like pldmgr, close port 9021).
