Fixes the Android build, which 5.31.0 broke.
- The Android app failed to build in 5.31.0. The link-install readahead
added in 5.31.0 called into a module the Android build deliberately leaves
out, so the APK never got made — 5.31.0 shipped desktop builds only. Fixed,
and verified against the Android target this time. - No behaviour changes on desktop; 5.31.0's fixes are all still here.
