The Android build compiles again. Nothing else changed.
The 5.27.0 release went out without its Android app: the build failed while
that release was already being assembled. The cause was an arithmetic error in
the package converter that only exists on 32-bit ARM — the Android build
targets armv7, where a memory offset is 32 bits wide, and one was shifted by
32. Desktop and Docker were never affected, and the bytes written by the
converter are unchanged.
If you installed 5.27.0 on desktop, you already have everything in 5.27.1. The
