Tell a game's updates apart at a glance — and stop an update from looking
"installed" when it isn't.
- An update/DLC no longer shows "Installed · Reinstall" just because the base
game is installed. A PS4 update shares the base game's title id, so once the
base was on the console its never-installed update inherited the "installed"
badge and a "Reinstall" button. Add-ons now always read as installable —
only the base game shows as installed (its install state is the one the PS5
can actually confirm). - Each package now shows its version and original filename. Updates share a
ContentID and a title, so they used to look identical apart from the
"update" badge. The library now shows the real package version (e.g.v01.04,
read straight from the package) plus the filename you uploaded — so you can
tell[v01.00]from[v01.04]at a glance. (Newer uploads carry this; an
already-staged package shows it again once re-uploaded.)
