• An installed update or DLC now shows "Reinstall." After you install a
  patch or add-on from the Install Package tab (or via the upload queue), its
  row correctly reads "Installed · Reinstall" instead of still offering
  "Install." Base game, update, and DLC are each tracked on their own — the
  console can only confirm the base game is present, so ps5upload now remembers
  the specific updates and DLC you've installed itself (and remembers across
  restarts).
