The notifications-everywhere release — plus the first Android build.
- System notifications. PS5 Upload can now post to your computer's
notification center (macOS, Windows, Linux — and the Android shade)
when a transfer finishes or fails while the app is in the background,
so you don't have to keep it in front of you. Toggle it under
Settings → Notifications. - The PS5 tells you too. Uploads now flash a "started" and a
"complete" message on the console screen itself. - No more sleep-interrupted transfers. Your computer is kept awake
automatically for the duration of any upload, download, or install.
The Settings switch is reworded to make clear it keeps the machine
awake while PS5 Upload is open. - Android (preview). The first experimental Android build — the same
interface, with mobile-friendly navigation, safe-area handling, and our
app icon. It connects to and manages your PS5 over Wi-Fi today; download
the.apkfrom the release assets to try it. Treat it as early access. - Reliability fixes across notifications and the release pipeline.
