• Keyboard & mouse in Play: a double click in a game no longer switches full screen and drops the mouse; only one started from the free cursor does. Ctrl+R and F5 reach the game instead of being swallowed (the app still never reloads). In a window, Esc gives the mouse back (the browser always does that); the stream now says so and suggests full screen, where a quick Esc goes to the game.
• Accounts: an avatar that is a JPEG named .png shows instead of the placeholder. (#718)
