Dependency routing:

- github.com/minio/pkg/v3 => github.com/pgsty/silo-pkg/v3 v3.12.2
- Compatible MinIO import paths are preserved.
- Logical requirements remain on real upstream versions v7.3.0 and v3.11.0 so downstream modules can resolve the graph before applying SILO replacements.
