Many of the the dependencies that Password Pusher uses has dropped Ruby v2 support. I've tried holding off as long as possible but it is an un-winnable war.
This only affects those running from source code with local installations of Ruby. Those using cloud, pre-packaged deployments and Docker are unaffected.
Ruby v3.0.0 and greater are now the supported Ruby versions in which the largest benefits are speed and efficiency.
