This is the initial release for 4.32.19501.

Due to the changes in these firmware release, a few larger changes than usual were required:

• My 24 line spacing values
  This patch needed to be partially rewritten due to alignment changes.
• Enable advanced settings for all fonts
  Not necessary anymore.
• Enable markup for sideloaded kepubs (one-off patch: pgaskin/kepubify#66)
  Not necessary anymore.
• KePub constant font sharpness
  This patch will need to be rewritten since there isn't enough room in the default CSS string.
• Ignore .otf fonts
  This patch will need to be rewritten as a patch to Kobo's new fontickle DBus service.
