Fixed

• postgresql.conf, pg_hba.conf and pg_ident.conf were not collected when kept outside the data directory, as on Debian and Ubuntu
• GSSAPI (Kerberos) authentication failed
• A database the role cannot CONNECT to left a refused connection in the server log
• A missing pg_stat_statements, pg_statviz or Spock relation, or an older pg_statviz, left errors in the server log
